1) Split Commission Detail
Many agencies face the issue of calculating commission for two producers based on a single transaction. TAM transactions contain fields to record the producer codes and commission rates for both producers, but no report that summarizes the commission for both based on the same transaction. Most agencies deal with this issue by printing two reports, then manually combining the data in a spreadsheet every commission period. But R&R CAN look at the same transaction in twice within the same report, so whether the producer is designated Producer #1 (field PR) or Producer #2 (field PR2) on any particular transaction in TRANS.DBF, R&R will find the information and generate the detail and let you summarize the commission information in a single step, with no need for manual intervention!
