1) Split Commission Detail
Many
agencies face the issue of calculating commission for two producers based on
a single transaction. TAM transactions contain fields to record the producer
codes and commission rates for both producers, but no report that summarizes
the commission for both based on the same transaction. Most agencies deal
with this issue by printing two reports, then manually combining the data in
a spreadsheet every commission period. But R&R CAN look at the same
transaction in twice within the same report, so whether the producer is
designated Producer #1 (field PR) or Producer #2 (field PR2) on any
particular transaction in TRANS.DBF, R&R will find the information and
generate the detail and let you summarize the commission information in a
single step, with no need for manual intervention!

Effective agency management
requires continual review of producer performance. R&R is a tremendous help

Coverage Statement
Continual contact with your agency's clients is critical
to maintaining your agency's book of business, generating goodwill, and
inspiring clients to provide referrals. One agency Liveware has worked with
sends out yearly statements presenting the client's insurance coverage in a
clear concise format. A B Solutions, from California, actually created this
VERY complex report, which very much shows the power R&R has to take raw TAM
data in all the custom fields, and put it to use in creative ways.

| 4) Lloyds Auto
Certificate R&R
allows agencies to combine TAM data with text, graphics, pictures, and just
about anything else that an agency may need to generate documents which rely
in some way on TAM data. This is almost always a better way to create
documents than extracting the data from TAM and using Word or Excel to
create the document. This is because R&R can do it all in a single step,
rather than a complicated, multi-step process many agencies have had to
