Effective September 1, 1999, Liveware Publishing, Inc. took over publication of R&R Report Writer and Arpeggio from Wall Data Inc. Liveware has worked with hundreds of R&R and Arpeggio users over many years and are completely committed to the products. We are releasing product updates and seeking partnerships with all users. The launches of R&R Version 8.1 Xbase Edition and SQL Edition have established the first members of the Liveware product family.
Most users can easily see the great potential for R&R to allow them to unlock their data from the application-specific views under which they are often constrained. Some users require only the occasional access of the F1 help key, while other users need something more. We offer a range of support resources to fit every user’s needs: everything from a tutorial manual to “jump start” your reporting skills to an “on-site” consultant to focus specifically on your organization’s needs.
We have created a new service offering called “All Aboard!!” that includes “Live” delivery of your R&R product by a trained R&R consultant along with custom installation and quick-start on-site service to get you up and running. Rather than offering a generalized training agenda, we will instead be driven by the specific needs of the user.
A typical “All Aboard!!” session would include:
Meeting with relevant stakeholders (system administrators, department users, management involved, etc.) |
Discuss purpose of visit and review/set expectations |
Determine technical information (associated with installations, configurations, etc.) |
Perform an analysis of your Company's application software for use with R&R. |
Custom, critical report development |
Confirmation of Results |
End-user classroom training or tutorial sessions with stakeholders |
To participate in this program, clients are required to sign up for a Support Upgrade Account to cover ongoing R&R product support and to handle any issues that might arise after the departure of the consultant. Prior to delivery, Liveware will conduct a brief consultation to outline the application environment and basic reporting requirements of the client. Call 800-936-6202 or 302-791-9446 to speak with a sales consultant. Pricing is based on your requirements.
