Liveware Publishing is thrilled to announce the launch of PDFeBurst -- the first utility to "burst" a PDF file then automatically email pages to different recipients.

PDFeBurst has hundreds of uses. Here are just a few examples:

  • Send customer statements via email and save time, paper and postage.
  • Customize your email marketing pieces and increase sales.
  • Distribute direct deposit notices to employees immediately and securely.
  • Send budget comparison reports to department heads.
   
PDFeBurst works with any program but works particularly well with R&R Report Writer®.

The process is simple:

  • Make your program place the PDFeBurst tag anywhere on the page with the recipient's email address. For example, make it 'Address Line 3' in your customer records.
     
  • Use Adobe Acrobat* to create the output in PDF format instead of printing to paper.
     
  • Launch PDFeBurst, enter the subject line and message to accompany the PDF file attachment.
     
  • Select the PDF file you created and watch it "PDFeBurst" -- sending the tagged pages to the recipient via email. The pages don't even have to be in any particular order since PDFeBurst will combine them to a single attachment!
