Concentric Veteran Kathleen Fleming Appointed Director of Technical Support 

November 1, 1999 -- Liveware Publishing is pleased to announce the return of Kathleen Fleming (nee Keller) to the R&R community.  She joins Liveware Publishing as Director of Technical Support and will be responsible for delivering first-rate support to R&R Report Writer and ARPEGGIO users.  Kathleen has been working with R&R since Version 2 and is well known for delighting Concentric customers for eight years with her friendly, personable and knowledgeable service.
